Hi My name is “Coach Ben” I started my Healthi journey in May 2021. I understand the weight battle having lived it since I was a teenager. I have rode the roller coaster ride of weight loss. I also know how good success tastes by maintaining my 103 pound weight loss. As a former WW Coach I made the switch to Healthi because I needed a new, fresh, innovative, way to the best version of myself. I believe in myself and I believe in YOU! We are Worth It!
