Ingredients
1 rack of lamb chops
6 oz of baby potatoes
6 oz of rainbow carrots
1 stalk of celery (cut up)
3 Serrano peppers
1 sprig of rosemary
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp steak seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup of water
Directions
Start by putting all of the spices on the lamb chops on the baking dish.
Next, put all the veggies around the lamb chops.
Pour the tomato sauce and water on the veggies.
Add the rosemary on top of the roast.
Cover and bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until the lamb is cooked to your liking.
