Ingredients

  • 4 cups of caned yams
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup diced pecans

Directions

  1. Combine all of the above ingredients in a baking tray, and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
