Beet Hummus

This lightened-up beet hummus lets you savor all the flavor with fewer calories. Once you see how easy it is to make, you'll never go back to store-bought!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Garbanzo Beans
  • 1/2 cup Tahini
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Pickled Beets
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • Water, as needed

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and combine until smooth.
  2. Add water as needed to the desired consistency.
