Ingredients

  • 6 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar replacement
  • 2/3 oz. Italian salad dressing & seasoning mix

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. Line a 9x13 baking dish with aluminum foil.
  3. Combine dressing mix with brown sugar. Add any other seasoning you wish to season your chicken with (may be additional BITES/Calories/Net Carbs, depending on your plan).
  4. Coat chicken with the mixture. Top with any remaining mixture.
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes, until internal temp reaches 165 F.
