Spicy, cheesy, and oh-so-delicious! This Buffalo Chicken Melt is a flavor-packed bite you’ll crave.

Ingredients

  • 4oz Cooked and Seasoned Chicken Breast or Rotisserie White Meat
  • 2 Tbsp Frank’s Hot Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning
  • 1/8 Tsp Black pepper
  • 1 Light Laughing Cow Wedge
  • 2 Slices Old Thyme 647 Italian bread
  • 1/4 Cup Kraft Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
  • 1oz Shredded 75 Lite Cabot Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Bolthouse Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degreesIn a bowl combine the cooked chicken, hot sauce, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper and light laughing cow wedge.
  2. Lightly toast the bread and add the chicken mixture to the two slices.
  3. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the chicken mixture and place into the oven until melted.
  4. Mix the yogurt and dressing together.
  5. Once cheese is melted, drizzle the yogurt mixture over the top, garnish with scallions and enjoy.
