Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients

1 Head Cauliflower 2 Tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (Light) 1/2 Cup Franks Hot Sauce 1/4 Cup Flour 2 Tbsp Dried Parsley 1 Tsp Garlic Powder 1 Tsp Paprika 1 Tsp Salt 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400F. Mix together the flour and spices and set aside. In a bowl, melt the butter and then add the hot sauce (set aside).
  2. In a separate bowl, add the cauliflower. Pour the butter and hot sauce mixture over the cauliflower and mix well. Sprinkle the flour mixture over the cauliflower a little at a time until fully coated.
  3. Once done, place the cauliflower onto a greased air fryer tray. Spray the top of the cauliflower with cooking spray and air fry for about 15 minutes or until crispy. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
  4. Enjoy!
