Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Quick Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Great Value Peanut Butter Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Monkfruit Sweetener
  • 3/4 Cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 48g Egg Whites
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Instant Espresso Powder
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 60 Choc Zero Milk Chocolate Baking Chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Place everything besides chocolate chips into a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Grease a brownie pan and pour batter in.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove and top with chocolate chips.
  6. Let cool and enjoy!
