Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers

This is a quick and delicious way to satisfy your cheesesteak craving!

Ingredients

2 Bell Peppers 1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms 1 Onion (sliced) 1/2 Pound Deli Sliced Roast Beef 1 Tsp Olive Oil 2 Slices Provolone Cheese

Directions

  1. Cut bell peppers in half and remove the seeds. Place onto a sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350F.
  2. In a skilled, add olive oil, onions, and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 10 minutes over medium heat until golden brown.
  3. Slice roast beef into thin strips and add it to the mushrooms and onions. Sauté an additional two minutes then cut the heat.
  4. Spoon this mixture into the bell peppers. Top with cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes, then serve.
  5. Enjoy!
