Fully Loaded Steak Salad

I am a salad lover! I am constantly trying and new combinations of veggies and proteins together!

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Flank Steak
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion (Grated)
  • 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp All Spice Dash Salt
  • 1 Package Spring Salad Mix
  • 2 Ounces Shredded Carrots
  • 4 Ounces Cauliflower
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp Pine Nuts (Air Fried)

Directions

  1. First, add the onion and all the spices to the flank steak. Next, add the meat to a grill pan. In the same bowl you combined the onion and spices in, add the cauliflower and mix well. Now, add it to the pan!
  2. Add the soy sauce. Make sure you spread out the Flank Steak completely so it can cook evenly! Cook to your desired temperature then set aside and slice the steak after it rests for a few minutes!
  3. Now time to assemble the salad. Start with your spring mix, then top with the following: cucumbers, carrots, cauliflower, steak, and pine nuts! Top with your favorite creamy dressing and enjoy!
