Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fat free mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cups Plain panko bread crumbs
  • 24 oz. Pasta sauce
  • 1 lbs. Boneless skinless chicken breast

Directions

  1. Dice up chicken and add half to the bottom of a sprayed 9X13 inch pan. Season chicken to your liking.
  2. Pour half the jar of pasta sauce on top of the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle half of the cheese on top of the pasta sauce.
  4. Repeat these layers again: remaining chicken, pasta sauce, and cheese.
  5. Top with the breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes. Use meat thermometer to make sure chicken is
    cooked through.
