Cool down this summer with these Lightened Up Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwiches! A guilt-free indulgence that’s packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Sugar-Free Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • 9 Graham Cracker Sheets
  • 1 cup Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 8 oz Reduced Fat Whipped Topping

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine defrosted whipped topping, yogurt, and dry pudding mix.
  2. Once fully combined, set aside.
  3. Break graham cracker sheets into squares.
  4. On a parchment-lined pan, lay down 9 graham cracker squares, top with chocolate mixture, then add the remaining 9 graham squares on top.
  5. Place into freezer for four hours or until frozen solid.
  6. Cut into individual sandwich squares and enjoy!
