Ingredients

  • 3 - 3 1/2 cups Boneless chicken breast
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup Fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 1/2 cup Celery
  • 1/4 cup Red onion
  • 3/4 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Pecans
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice

Directions

  1. Mix chicken, Greek yogurt, light mayo, celery, red onion, dried cranberries, pecans, and lemon juice in a medium size bowl.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste.
