Creamy Chicken Skillet

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp thyme1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Directions

  1. Start by cutting the chicken breast in half lengthwise to create two thin cutlets out of each breast.
  2. Season both sides of each chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Add olive oil to a skillet and cook chicken over high heat. Cook both sides until golden brown and fully cooked, then remove from pan.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and add cream of chicken soup and chicken broth to the pan. Whisk until fully combined.
  5. Add in thyme, add the chicken back to the pan, and spoon sauce over the chicken.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
