Ingredients

  • 99% Lean Ground Turkey-16 ounces
  • Onion- 1 medium
  • Garlic- 5 cloves
  • Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes- 1 can
  • Canned Crushed Tomatoes- 28 oz
  • Tomato Paste - 2 tablespoons
  • Seasoning Mix, Original Chili - 5 tablespoon
  • Worcestershire Sauce- 1/4 cup
  • Dry Pinto Beans- 1/2 cup
  • Dry Kidney Beans- 1/2 cup
  • Dry Black Beans- 1/2 cups
  • Beef Broth- 2 1/2 cups

Directions

  1. PREP: Soak beans overnight in cold water with 2tbsps of vinegar
  2. Rinse and drain beans. Do not drain canned tomatoes.
  3. Chop onions and garlic cloves to desired size.
  4. Add all ingredients into the crockpot and stir well.  
  5. Cook for 10hrs on low.
  6. Serve with your favorite chili toppings. Enjoy!
