Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Cooked chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup Fat free Greek yogurt
  • 2 1/4 cups Diced tomatoes & green chiles
  • 1 cup Shredded fat free cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Low sodium black beans
  • 4 oz. Doritos
  • 1 1/4 cups 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
  • 1 oz. Taco ranch seasoning mix
  • 6 sprays Pam

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Shred or dice cooked chicken to your likeness.
  3. Mix all ingredients together, except for the Doritos.
  4. Crush the Doritos and add half into your mixture.
  5. Add mixture to a sprayed 9X13 inch pan.
  6. Top with the remaining crushed Doritos.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
