Say hello to your new favorite breakfast! Crispy Asiago cheese, a perfectly baked egg, savory turkey bacon, and a touch of green onion—this dish is the ultimate combo of comfort and flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Asiago Cheese
  • 4 Bagel Thins
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 slices Turkey Bacon
  • 1 medium Green Onion

Directions

  1. On a nonstick baking sheet, place 4 dollops of Asiago cheese (about 1/4 cup each; reserve 1 tbsp for topping).
  2. Place bagel thins on top of each dollop of cheese.
  3. Crack an egg into the center of each bagel and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Top with cooked, crumbled bacon and then sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes or until the egg is cooked to your liking.
  6. Top with sliced green onions.
