Fall Off the Bone Instant Pot Spare Ribs

No oven, no problem! These fall-off-the-bone Instant Pot spare ribs are tender, flavorful, and ready in a fraction of the time—no need to heat up the house for hours!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb St. Louis Style Pork Spareribs

Directions

  1. Rinse and pat dry your ribs, trimming any excess fat you like.
  2. Season your ribs with a flavorful dry rub of your choice (not a liquid sauce).
  3. Place ribs on the trivet stand and add 1.5 cups of water to a 6 quart cooker or 2 cups of water to an 8 quart.
  4. Set the timer to 35min - you can use the Meat / Stew button if you have one. You will let this Natural Release at the end.
  5. When it finishes, serve with your favorite sides and a selection of dipping sauces like BBQ, Sweet Cili, Honey Mustard or Chipotle.
