1 lb St. Louis Style Pork Spareribs
Directions
Rinse and pat dry your ribs, trimming any excess fat you like.
Season your ribs with a flavorful dry rub of your choice (not a liquid sauce).
Place ribs on the trivet stand and add 1.5 cups of water to a 6 quart cooker or 2 cups of water to an 8 quart.
Set the timer to 35min - you can use the Meat / Stew button if you have one. You will let this Natural Release at the end.
When it finishes, serve with your favorite sides and a selection of dipping sauces like BBQ, Sweet Cili, Honey Mustard or Chipotle.
