Ingredients

  • 10 Snow crab legs
  • 1 tbsp. The Light One vegetable oil spread
  • 1 Lemon, juiced

Directions

  1. Run your crab legs under cold water just until the legs bend at the knuckle to fit in the lining pot.
  2. Place your trivet stand in the pot and add 1 cup of water to a 6 quart Instant Pot or 2 cups in an 8 quart.
  3. Place your crab legs on the trivet stand. Add the lid and make sure it is set to Sealing.
  4. For frozen crab legs - set the time to 2 minutes. For thawed crab legs -set to 1 min.
  5. While the pot comes up to temperature and cooks, melt your butter and slice the lemon into wedges.
  6. Once cooked, Quick Release the pressure (be careful of the hot steam) and enjoy as soon as they are cool enough to handle - they will be very hot.
  7. Crack the shell, remove the meat, squeeze the lemon on top and dip in the melted butter.
