Craving BBQ Chicken Pizza but want to keep it lighter? We've got you covered! This lightened-up version has all the tangy, smoky flavors you love with fewer calories. Topped with tender BBQ chicken, melty cheese, and red onions, it’s a delicious, guilt-free twist on a favorite.

Serves
8 (1 slice per serving)

Ingredients

  • 1 can of low fat crescent dough
  • 1/2 cup sugar free BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup fat free mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Place the crescent dough on a baking pan, spread out and pinch all the seams so that it’s a solid layer of dough.
  2. Next, add the BBQ sauce and spread out evenly.
  3. Then, add the red onion and chicken.
  4. Finally, add the cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
