Mixed Berry Smoothie Packets

These are great to have on hand for an easy breakfast, lunch, or snack. You can add protein shake instead of milk to boost protein if desired. Sweeten with sugar alternative if you like your smoothies a little more sweet.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cauliflower
  • 1 1/2 cup fozen mixed berries
  • 1 1/2 cup spinach
  • 10 oz almond milk

Directions

  1. Layer ingredients in quart size bag in this order: Frozen Cauliflower, frozen mixed berries, spinach.
  2. Pack everything tightly and remove excess air.
  3. When you want to make a smoothie, take out your bag and set out for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Dump the bag into a blender and your choice of milk (I used unsweetened almond) and sweetener to taste (may be additional BITES/Calories/Net Carbs, depending on your plan).
  5. Blend on high until thoroughly mixed.
