Ingredients

  • 20oz canned pineapple
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 8oz Cool Whip
  • 1 small pk vanilla pudding, sugar free
  • 3oz reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Swerve granulated sweetener

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix pineapple and coconut flakes, then fold in the  Cool Whip until incorporated.
  2. Next, mix in pudding packet and combine everything well.
  3. In a separate bowl, fold sweetener and cream cheese together.
  4. Finally, add the mixture from the first bowl to the second bowl and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
