Ingredients

  • 8 Asparagus spears
  • 1 Creamy Light Spreadable Cheese Wedge
  • 2 Slices prosciutto

Directions

  1. Wash asparagus and trim off the woody part of the stalk. Pat dry. Separate 2 slices of prosciutto and lie flat.
  2. Place 4 asparagus stalks in a bundle onto each prosciutto slice making 2 bundles. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Divide the Laughing Cow wedge and place 1/2 on top of each asparagus bundle.
  4. Wrap the prosciutto slice around the bundle.
  5. Set your air fryer oven to 400°F.
  6. Spray bundles lightly with cooking spray and place seam side down in an air fryer for 8-10 min or roast in the oven for 10-15 min depending on the thickness of the asparagus spears and the desired texture.
  7. Serve as a side to your favorite protein.
