This recipe is the perfect fix to an ice cream craving. It’s smooth, sweet, and you even get in extra protein!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cottage cheese
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Your favorite frozen fruit
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Directions

  1. In a blender, blend cottage cheese and a banana for 2 minutes. The mixture will become thick and smooth.
  2. Add frozen fruit of your choice and honey. Blend again until well incorporated.
  3. Eat right away for soft serve or place in the freezer for a couple hours for a thicker consistency.
