This is perfect for those pumpkin pie lovers out there! Nutritious with all the flavors of classic pumpkin pie. Adding a a little whipped cream and graham crackers, makes it a pleasant treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Pure pumpkin puree
  • 4 tbsp. Vanilla Jordan’s Skinny Syrup
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup Chia seeds black or white
  • 1 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. In a high powered blender combine milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, pumpkin pie spice and salt.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Divide the blended chia pudding into 4 small glass jars (about ¾ cup in each).
  4. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  5. For serving, top with crushed graham cracker crumbs and whipped cream, (optional).
