Makes a great appetizer or snack. Lower in calories, but big on flavor. You can adjust amount of jalapeños per your own taste preference. You could also replace the sour cream with Greek yogurt for a protein boost!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Light sour cream
  • 1 package Light cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup Green onions
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp. Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. Minced jalapeño peppers
  • 8-10 Tortillas

Directions

  1. Combine sour cream, cream cheese, onions, cheese, lime juice, and jalapeños in a bowl, then spread mixture on one side of each tortilla.
  2. Roll up tightly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate them for at least an hour, then slice each into 1 inch pieces.
  4. Serve with salsa or picante sauce.
