1/4 tsp. Salt (optional, since self-rising flour may already contain salt)

Directions
Preheat oven: 375°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine self-rising flour, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Make a well, then add Greek yogurt and eggs. Stir until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms. Do NOT over-mix or they will be tough!
Shape biscuits: Scoop about 1/3 cup of dough per biscuit and shape into rounds, or leave them rustic. Place on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle extra chives or Parmesan on top if desired.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown on top.
Enjoy warm as a side for soups, holiday meals, or brunch.
