Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Chicken
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 4 tbsp. Minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup Low carb flour (Trim Healthy Mama Baking Blend)

Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup Sugar free maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce

Directions

  1. In a freezer bag add cut chicken, bell pepper, onion, salt, minced garlic. Place in freezer at this point if you are prepping ahead.
  2. If frozen, thaw completely.
  3. Add low carb flour to freezer bag and mix well until coated.
  4. Spray a deep pan with cooking oil. Add chicken to the pan and cook for about 6 minutes until crispy on both sides.
  5. Turn heat down to medium and add the sauce. Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes.
