Ingredients

  • 1 lb precut sweet potatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill on high.
  2. Toss all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Spray a large piece of aluminum foil with cooking spray.
  4. Add potatoes and fold into a pocket.
  5. Turn grill down to medium. Grill for 30 minutes on medium heat flipping every 10 minutes.
