Turkey Green Bean Stir Fry

Quick, easy, and oh-so-delicious! This Turkey Green Bean Stir Fry is the perfect go-to for a healthy, flavorful meal in no time.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 8 cups green beans
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

For the sauce:

  • 1/3 cup less sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar free honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Add olive oil to a large skillet with ground turkey, and cook until no longer pink.
  2. Add sliced onion and cut green beans. Sauté for five minutes then add crushed garlic. Sauté an additional two minutes.
  3. For the sauce: Combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger paste, and red pepper flakes. Whisk together and add to the pan. Mix well; cover with a lid and simmer for about five minutes.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
