This bark looks like something straight from a Valentine candy box! Chocolate swirls, pink and red sprinkles, and dramatic cracks — but it’s light, portion-controlled, and surprisingly fresh & satisfying.
• 1½ cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
• 1–2 Tbsp sugar-free maple syrup or powdered sweetener (to taste)
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• 2 Tbsp dark chocolate chips
• 1 Tbsp freeze-dried strawberries, lightly crushed
• Optional: pinch of flaky salt or sprinkles
1. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix Greek yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Spread into a thin, even layer on the parchment.
4. Melt chocolate chips in 15-second bursts until smooth. Drizzle over yogurt and swirl gently if desired.
5. Sprinkle with crushed freeze-dried strawberries (and sprinkles, if using).
6. Freeze for 3–4 hours until set.
7. Break into rustic pieces and store in the freezer until ready to enjoy!
