Preheat oven to 425F. Place Was a crackers in a blender with the Italian seasoning and blend until breadcrumbs are formed, set aside. Wash, dry, and remove stems from the mushrooms.
Set aside. In a bowl add the breakfast sausage crumbles, chopped broccoli, cheese and seasonings. Take the mixture and scoop even amounts into each mushroom. Dip each mushroom top into the breadcrumbs and place on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Garnish with grated Parmesan (adds BITES/Calories) and parsley.
Preheat oven or air fryer to 400 degrees. Prepare your stuffing and set aside. Pound chicken breast to an even thickness. Spray the chicken with the avocado oil then sprinkle salt, pepper and seasonings on both sides.
Take 1/2 cup of the prepared stuffing and place into the center of each chicken breast. Roll up and secure chicken with toothpicks.
Air fry or bake for 30 minutes or until internal temperature reached 165 degrees. Let rest for 10 minutes and remove toothpicks before slicing and enjoy.

Directions
Slice the apples leaving the ore in. Brush each apple with lemon juice to prevent browning of the apple flesh.
Take an apple corer and lay the slices flat down and scoop out the core making a ring. Microwave each chocolate until nice and melted and able to drizzle.
Lay the apple rings down and drizzle the chocolate over the apples. Garnish with sprinkles and enjoy right away or place in the refrigerator.
