Ingredients-1 package panchette-Goat cheese-Carton and a half of egg whites-shredded parmesan cheese-Sundried tomatoesDirections-Preheat oven to 350-Coat muffin tin with cooking spray-Fill each tin 1/3-½ of the way to the top wit a mix of of pancettaand goat cheese-Fill tins 2/3 of the way to the top with egg whites-Add Parmesan cheese and sun-dried tomatoes on top-Cook for 20 minutes-Let cool for 2-3 minutes-You can freeze egg bites and reheat later.
