With it often comes the excitement of resolutions and goals that inspire us to become the best versions of ourselves—and maybe tackle that weight-loss journey we've been meaning to start.

Today, I want to share a few quick tips to help you set meaningful health goals for the new year. Let’s kickstart 2025 with inspiration, confidence, and a plan that empowers you to succeed!

1. Set Non-Scale Health Goals

Here’s the truth: the scale is a fickle friend, and tying your self-worth to it can steal your joy. Instead, consider health-related goals that focus on what you can do, not just how much you weigh. While weight loss may be part of the journey, it shouldn’t define your success.

Ditch the deadline. Instead of rushing to hit a number by a certain date, focus on steady, consistent progress. Celebrate the daily wins—choosing the apple over the cookie, squeezing in a 20-minute walk, or prepping a healthy lunch for work.

Every positive step you take is a step closer to your goal. Progress doesn’t have an expiration date, and the journey itself is where true growth happens.
